Your safety is important to us, that’s why we don’t advise walking while you’re wearing your mermaid tail. It is dangerous and may lead to accidents. You can wear your tail near the pool to avoid walking. Please follow our Safety Instructions to give you a better idea on how to use the product properly.
At a Frenzy Mermaids, we always care about the safety of our customers. We recommend kids to be at least 6 years old and demonstrate advanced swimming skills to start swimming in our mermaid tails! Strict Adult Supervision is a must for all ages.
A monofin is a wide, single fin with two attached foot pockets. It is often used for the technique called the “Dolphin Kick”. Monofin help you swim and glide through the water faster and with more control. It helps in developing strong legs, abdominal and back muscles. Remember to never walk with your monofin on.

These products are considered to be aquatic toys. Like all aquatic toys, safety precautions need to be taken whilst playing in and around the water. Swimming with mermaid tails and monofins should only occur under active adult supervision at all times. Be aware that some tails and monofins are fully enclosed from the waist down, effectively binding the legs together. Recent research has found that mermaid tails and monofins that bind a child’s legs together reduce their swimming ability by up to 70%, and make it difficult for them to balance and support themselves whilst standing or swimming in a pool – this may increase their risk of drowning. Consider choosing fins that do not bind the legs together and that easily release the feet.
The wearer should be an experienced and competent swimmer. When children first use mermaid tails and monofins, they should practice in the water with an adult. While wearing the tail or monofin, it is important they can competently float on their front and back and maneuver their body into an upright position. They should be able to independently release their feet from the monofin and be able to move to a safe position e.g. to the side of the pool, to the ladder or shallow water. It may take a few times before they feel fully capable and confident to swim with the tail or fin, especially when first attempting dolphin kicking. Movements that disorientate like somersaults, handstands and going under or through submerged objects shouldn’t be attempted. Mermaid tails are not recommended for young swimmers (under the age of 7) or non-swimmers.
These products should only be used in controlled environments such as a swimming pool under active adult supervision. It is not recommended to use mermaid tails and monofins in open water environments as these are unpredictable with currents, swells and rips which increase risk when swimming.

Yes, we do except to OFAC and sanctioned countries! But please be informed that we have no control over import and custom fees that are levied on your items. You can contact your local authorities regarding these matters.

We ship worldwide via Aramex and DHL. Please note that we do not ship items to P.O. boxes.
We know you’re excited about your new mermaid tail, so we do our best to deliver your products in a fast and efficient manner. Please allow 3-6 business days before your product is shipped. We also advise you to place your orders in advance when it’s around the holidays to avoid delays. To check the estimated number of days for delivery, please refer to Aramex or DHL website for tracking your shipment.

Normally, it takes 3-4 business days to deliver within UAE.
It takes 1-3 weeks to deliver outside UAE for International shipment, but it is totally depends on the location of the receiver and courier service company.
The order confirmation email should arrive shortly after the order is placed. If you can’t find the confirmation, please check your SPAM or JUNK folders. If you still can’t find the confirmation, please contact our Customer Service team at [email protected] to confirm that the order has been processed.
Once you’ve placed your order, received an order confirmation, you need to wait for your shipping confirmation. If, within two working days, you didn’t receive a shipping confirmation from our end, please make sure you check your Spam or Junk folders. If there isn’t an email from us, please contact our customer care on [email protected] or call us at +971-50-417-5574 and we will surely help you out. However, due to situation beyond our limits like unpleasant weather, technical issues and more, it may take about 2-working days for you to receive your confirmation, and we’d really appreciate your patience during such circumstances.

There are some countries in the world which add custom fees or import fees to products shipped. Since this fees depends from one country to another, Frenzy Mermaids has no control over their imposition so the customer has to pay for the fees. Should you have any questions regarding these, please contact the import authorities from your own country. Kindly note that the fees in countries like Greece, U.K, Brazil etc are significantly high and the shipping may be delayed until the fees is paid so make sure you check with your respective country’s postal authorities before contacting us for delays.
